This spacious 2000 square ft home is located on the south end of Sierra Vista,
overlooking the beautiful Huachuca Mountains, Mule Mountains and San Jose
Mountains. The home has a 75' long Arizona room, with exercise equipment and
another TV. There is a large living room, dining room, family room with
fireplace, two bathrooms and three bedrooms.
There are quail and roadrunners living on this 1 acre property and it is
completely fenced for your family.
There is a great BBQ and picnic area, with plenty of birding right from your
brick patio. You can also enjoy the other patio in back, or sit under the
beautiful giant mesquite tree in the side yard. Lots of shade and space, so come
and stay a while.....
